No need to go by private car. This is in the Pak Chong area but it is 20 kms from the town. You may get to Pak Chong by bus from Bangkok's mo Chit Bus station, taking 5 hourd. Also minibuses leave from Victory Monument every 30 minutes taking a little less time than the big buses. There are also 12 trains a day from Bangkok taking 6 hours.
From Pak Chong you could rent a motorbike, or there is possibly some type of public transport.Hopefully some other member will be able to give better advice than me.

Thank you so much! Is the Sunflower field in Saraburi far from this place?

This may be helpful. I reckon it is around 50 kms but make sure you go when the sunflowers are blooming
