Rail pass Vilshofen to Vienna to Salbzurg to Thun and day trips from Thun

Is there a rail pass that would be available for the above journeys

Railpasses often don't pay for themselves: it depends entirely on what journeys you intend to make and whether there are online advance discount tickets available. So do check the total of your potential point-to-point fares using the official railway websites in English:

Germany: bahn.com/p_en/view/index.sht...

Switzerland: www.sbb.ch

Austria: http://www.oebb.at/en/

Then set that total against the cost of a pass.

You could look at the Swiss travelpass

sbb.ch/en/leisure-holidays/h...

Or, possibly, the Interrail passes if you are an EU citizen:

www.interrail.eu/

or Eurail passes if you are not an EU citizen:

www.eurail.com

You'd need a 3-country Eurail or Interrail pass to cover all the trips you want to make...I doubt that will be financially worthwhile.
