Is there a rail pass that would be available for the above journeys
Railpasses often don't pay for themselves: it depends entirely on what journeys you intend to make and whether there are online advance discount tickets available. So do check the total of your potential point-to-point fares using the official railway websites in English:
Then set that total against the cost of a pass.
You could look at the Swiss travelpass
Or, possibly, the Interrail passes if you are an EU citizen:

You'd need a 3-country Eurail or Interrail pass to cover all the trips you want to make...I doubt that will be financially worthwhile.
