Two comments. First, remember your luggage. There are only small luggage lockers at Engelberg train station. If you have large pieces of luggage, you might be able to arrange something at the ticket office or the shop, but I can't guarantee that.

Second, be flexible for weather. If the weather is clear, I would spend less time in Zurich, Bern, and/or Chillon, and more time in the Jungfrau area. If it is cloudy, you can visit the lakes, towns, or even make the long day trip to Chilllon.

Titlis makes sense ONLY in perfect weather and also for the possibility to touch real snow in summertime
IF Snow is not important for you PILATUS is closer to Luzern and has some of the best views in Switzerland, see my introduction-pic here:

Titlis has no lakes in the panorama-view !

12th july-– Lauterbrunnen –roam in lauterbrunnen and grindelwald town - Trümmelbach Falls , Kleine Scheidegg, to Jungfraujoch back to Lauterbrunnen
Jungfaujoch: dont reserve and watch the weather-situation, if its cloudy it is not worth the expenses ! Kl. Scheidegg, Grindelwald and the rest is fine in all types of weather !

13th July – Golden pass line to Montreux chillin castle and back
it makes sense not to stick to the 2 trains of Golden Pass each day, there are lots of more ordinary trains, where you dont need reservation and the only diff. is that you have panoramawindows and AC in the Golden trains and ordinary wagons with windows you can open for all other trains...

14th July –Bern Town Half day – evening – Zurich Local sightseeing
Bern Hauptbahnof is at the end of the main street through Bern and walking through it is perfect even on a rainy day:

If you go to Jungfraujoch you should calculate at least 2 hours there including some walk on the glacier
Lauterbrunnen: Staubachfalls are in 15min walkingdistance from the station and you can walk directely to the place where the water comes down:

Trümmelbachfalls: you need to take a bus there, takes 10 min and in the falls you need a minimum of 1-2 hours to see everything !
