Travelling North Western Australia

Hopefully the last for this season, if you're planning going north in Western Australia soon then take into account that there is another cyclone going down the coast:

Details of SEVERE TROPICAL CYCLONE GLENDA at 2am WST Wednesday 29 March 2006.
Location of centre : within 30 kilometres of
Latitude 17.0 South Longitude 119.5 East.
Recent movement : West southwest at 17 kilometres per hour.
Central Pressure : 910 hPa.
Maximum wind gusts : 300 kilometres per hour.
Severity Category : 5

It's expected to cross the Pilbara coast within the next couple of days. Even after it crosses flooding could still be a problem. This is the same one that started near us but has now grown into a "big girl" (Glenda).

Happy safe travels
