I am highly grateful for taking you a ton your highly precious time to read my plan and helping me out.
For a start look at this official tourism website how to plan your stay.. http://www.yoursingapore.com/en.html
you do not have to buy passes or tickets ahead of your visit... any tickets or passes you wishes to buy, you can just walk-in to the ticket counters of the respective attractions and buy on the spot... Chinatown, Little India, Orchard Road, Marina Bay are open places... no tickets necessary.. just like going to a market.. do you need ticket to enter?
For a first timer I would suggest you hop into one of those tourist hop on hop of off double decker bus to give you some idea what the city has to offer..
The Gardens by the Bay are mostly free as well. You only pay to go into the domes (though it can be worth it, to escape from the heat and humidity for a while.
The Botanic Gardens are also worth a visit. Most of the gardens are free, but you do need to pay to go into the National Orchid Garden within them.
Thanks a ton walkietalkie2012,
its tough for me for taking a decission on passes as im in business cum leisure trip.
anyways could you let me know if there is any combine passes for sentosa and USS?
For USS check out the mastercard promotion...
For Sentosa Fun Pass check this...
As I mentioned earlier you can buy tickets on the spot.. you can buy tickets online and get a bit of discount here and there.. but do the read the terms and conditions.. if you are on business trip the discount may not amount much... for a family of four the savings may be more substantial.. at Sentosa, many of the activities are more suited for teens.. to spend two days in Sentosa may be a bit too much... anyway you alone can decide and make your own plans...
