I notice that you are visiting Universal Studios on the 10th and omitted plans for the 11th. Is this a mistake or are you allocating two days to the studios. My daughter was there last year and enjoyed the studios for two days if that is your intention. Not my cup of tea but she said one day is not enough as there are so many attractions

Vivocity is next Sentosa island... a mall where you hop onto the Sentosa express at Level 3 to get to Sentosa.. or you can walk via the boardwalk (just outside Vivocity) for free.. you can go to Vivocity before or after you Sentosa trip.. they close till quite late at 10pm..

Marina Square mall is at Marina Bay.. for shopping the main shopping belt here is at Orchard Road, though Vivocity (the biggest mall here) and Bugis Junction is also popular.. btw, Bugis market (opposite Bugis Juntion mall) is a place if you are looking for some cheap souvenirs...

Your itinerary seems ok, however- be aware that ANY attractions ON Sentosa is very very expensive
Touristy and underwhelming in my opinion
There is so much more to Singapore than Sentosa

We have chosen last day for any shopping/ malls visiting. Is it advisable to visit china town and little India on the last day rather than the malls? We want to see maximum attractions in 6 days, is this itenary okay or there is some space to fit in some more like singapore flyer etc?

Sentosa............is a man made island. It has a man made beach,
I personally do not enjoy any of it

You can get an idea from this:

This will also inform you about Sentosa Island. I prefer it the way it was back in 1983 when there was not much there ! You could wander around , enjoy the nature and look at the old fort.

By the way Sentosa island is certainly not man-made but everything on it, is. The island was very strategic and many foreign powers wanted to possess this for military purposes.

Assuming you have a whole day, you can certainly cover Little India, Chinatown and some malls in the last day.. Littel India and Chinatown are only 3 mrts stops in-between.. you can spend a couple of hours each in the morning then afternoon go hit the malls.. for USS go there first thing in the morning when it is less crowded and the rides queue are not too long... in the afternoon it can get really hot! An islet in Sentosa is considered the southernmost point in continental Asia.. so it is pretty close to the equator.. Bring water bottles along... food and drinks are pricier in Sentosa... at Vivocity basement on the same level as MRT there are large food-courts where you can have your meals affordably.. and historically Sentosa island was once a fort.. not a theme park..
