Road closures

I will be travelling to Sant'Antonio di Gallura from Alghero soon and have been informed that the SP38 is closed.
Can anyone confirm that this is correct and advise the best route. I am looking at a Michelin map which is about as much use as a chocolate tea pot.
Thanks in advance

I'm afraid I can't help you with the info you require, but I'm intrigued by your need to be in Sant'Antonio di Gallura.
Would you be attending a wedding in September?

I cannot say if it is closed, but if it is there will no doubt be a diversion marked out.
If you don't want to risk that, you can simply use another route, albeit longer, such as e840 and then ss125 to Arzachena and then ss427. (2.5hr)
Personally I would trust that there will be a diversion, if there are indeed any roadworks.

A decent set nav will take you around any road closures. Google maps is good for an outline map but I always reckon to add about 30% to the distance and time
