Does anyone have any information or experience of the above accommodation?
We are planning to stay there for a short while in September, and would be grateful for any up-to-date information.
All the old Konaks ( small places) of Safranbolu is restored and made allaturca hotels. I havent stayed there but after exemining their webb page I say OK. But as a Turk and lover of allaturca music I didnt like their music. They even have a mosquito-net over the bed although there is no more maleria or mosquito in Turkey since 80 years. They just dramatize the old Turkish life. Never mind good for 2 days. Dont forget to have a trip to Amasra a fisher village on the shore of Black Sea. September is the beginning of new fishing season. have a good trip in Turkey.
PS: The hotel in Ankara is in a district where many stores located selling industrial material. For that reason they close in the nights. Better look a hotel in Kizilay district. Kizilay is the centre of the city and very safe.
