Hotel in Termini

What is the best hotel that has breakfast and a lift in the Termini location. I am on a moderate budget and would like to pay UNDER $100 a night for the room

I stayed at the Carpe Diem for two nights. Very basic, but cheap.

Via Rattazzi 2/F interno 3, Rome, 00185, Italy

Breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe.

What time of year are you planning on visiting? This will have a great influence on pricing and availability.
For instance, I paid USD $97.00/night breakfast included, dbl occupancy at the Borromeo hotel when we went during winter/Christmas break.
Hotel is very nice, insulated sound proofed windows yet right on Via Cavour straight down from the main termini station, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc.
It also has an elevator/lift so no need to climb stairs.
Same room during peak season can run $167.00 - $180.00/night

Mom and I stayed at a lovely place called the Dream Station Hotel right beside the Termini and they had a kitchen where you could prepare your own breakfast (toast, patries, coffee, cereals, etc) and the rooms were each colored a different hue and had their own bathrooms. I recall we paid just under $100 per night. They have a website too. The only trick is that you have to warn them ahead of time what time you wish to arrive. They do have a lift. Very nice!
