Prescott

apache lodge motel?

THis motel has a few good recent reviews on Tripadvisor, but has no website (the link is dead) and even though the link on Google says "find us on Facebook", I can't locate their page. Does anybody in the Prescott area know whether this historic hotel is still in business, and if so, if it is safe for a single female to stay there?

"Historic"? I don't know about that. This is an old motor court. The Hassayampa's historic.
It's a stretch of relatively cheap motels but is safe. I was there probably about 4 years ago staying at the America's Best Value across the street from there. I walked Downtown to go to Prescott Brewing (great place). It's a hike, but it's relatively safe. Maybe not for a woman alone at night, but you should fine during the day and certainly while in your room. There's a supermarket pretty close by on the road back to Prescott Valley, but not much within walking distance.
The last time I was in Prescott was probably about 2 years ago, and I can recall it still being there. The owners may have decided the web site was more of a hassle than it was worth. Here's the Facebook page:

Prescott's a great town. Have a good time there.
