Or where can i get them, and how much would i be paying for one? Also i notice there are drums being sold on the street with Snake skin, how much would one pay for these?

I've heard it referred to as "the worst place in the world to live" and also one of the most dangerous. Reading the tips and reviews on here makes it sound fine, if not a little bit rough... nothing compared to some of the other "dangerous" places I've looked at on this site. E.g., in Mogadisgu under "tips" it tells you to hire an armed escort. Here under "tips" it warns you about a loud bird and a betel nut addiction...
Is this city a dangerous place or no? It from what I read on here, it sounds like a nice place to visit.
