Anyone remember Choy's chinese restaurant (40 years ago)?

Had a reunion in Nottingham with 4 others - we began our postgrad studies together at the University 41 years ago! None of them remembered us going to Choy's Chinese restaurant somewhere in the town centre. I learnt to use chopsticks there! Did I imagine it? Hope someone can help! Steve

I wouldn't know of course, but I looked and found no Choy's in Nottingham, but there is a Choy's Chinese Restaurant in Stamford, Lincolnshire, 44 miles away........d:o)

I lived in Nottingham in 72-73 , about the same time, and worked in Upper Parliament Street, but don't recall the restaurant....and we went to many back in those days!!!
