I plan to visit London on June 18. And then I will visit Bath on June 23. From Bath I would like to visit Norwich on July 1. Finally on July I plan to leave Norwich directly to Heathrow Airport in London. What kind of mas transportation I can take for the journey?
You can take the train.
www.nationalrail.co.uk is the official website which gives all train times, details and fares.
Or you can take the coach (long-distance bus). National Express is the major carrier:
Most Norwich>Heathrow bus journeys involve a change of bus in London. Trains also involve a change in London, either to the Tube (which goes to Heathrow) or...if you prefer...to London Paddington station for the Heathrow Connect or Heathrow Express train.
Megabus also run coaches from Norwich and Bath to London:
Whether you choose to make your journey from Norwich by coach or by train I'd suggest you allow yourself ample time, and especially so if you travel by coach. The roads around London can be very congested indeed.
A journey I have dine frequently. Train from Bath to London Paddington, tube (circle or hammer smith and city lines) direct to Liverpool st station and train to Norwich. It takes 90 mins Bath to London, 20-40 mins across lo don, and just under 2 hours London to Norwich. Trains run at 30 minute intervals on both lines.
Thank you my friend. Your prompt reply gave me lot of confidence in traveling in England in the near future. I will make a survey according to your suggest.
Misty grant, if you don't know an answer you don't have to answer that you cannot help!!!
