Strange question about a Monte Carlo street


I'm trying to locate a place I've seen in a guidebook. There is a statue of four red letters that spell out the word "Love". There's nothing written to identify the place except that there is a Credit Lyonnaise bank next to it which is also shown in the picture.
The book is from 2006 so I'm trying to figure out whether the sign is still standing and if so what street it is on.
If there is a resident or recent visitor who knows what i'm talking about, I'd really appreciate your response.

Robert Indiana: "1991 The first 12-foot polychrome "LOVE" sculpture is shown in the gardens of the 3rd Biennale of Sculpture, Monte-Carlo". Judging by his recent work, which also consists of letters, this must have been it. But I doubt that it is still in the Jardins du Casino (Boulingrins). It's not on here anyway:
