I'm on a foodie mission to track down the best unique 'secret' restaurants in the Middle East. Must be in remote hard to get to locations off the tourist track, in amazing surrounds, and boasting absolutely incredble food. All suggestions hugely welcome!
Will we get a fee for all the information you will use in your article about all the places you have been to where you sampled all the food we described to you. Will we get credit for the information?
Sorry, but I ain't buying it! You are clearly not asking these questions for a trip you want to take. So many posts, all over the globe. Cannot logically be research for a trip. Clearly an article research.
If there is one thing I loath, - and I see them all over the internet, - are travel articles written by people that never leave their couch, but still pretend to have actually visited the places they write about. Even sadder, is the fact that to real travellers, the phoniness shines through. You can try to deny my alegations but please save your breath. What you are doing is fairly obvious.

No question. And a cheap shot considering our members use their own resources to travel to all the places you list, and their own time to advise bonafide travelers here. No professional should ever pen a restaurant review for a place they've never been to or eaten at - or at least not without acknowledging the actual sources used for that review, and compensating them for their contributions.
