Bus or taxi from Amman airport to Allenby Bridge border

I will be arriving in Amman at 9:00 on a Friday and need to get to the Allenby Bridge border by 11:00. Does anyone have advice on bus or taxi from the airport to the border? I have not been able to find much except ads! Thanks.

Can't help with buses but there will certainly be taxis waiting at the airport.

Did find a bit more information; looks like price would be about 40JD for taxi to border. Does this sound about right? Want to exchange before arrival so don't waste time at airport.

Looking at the map at distance, 40JD seems reasonable. Many taxis may try to take advantage, so just make sure you agree on a rate before leaving unless you can get them to use the meter.

There's an ATM immediately before immigration so that you can get cash and pay your Visa on arrival. So if you don't get cash prior to flight, this is always an option.
