Miami Beach

Travel by public transport from South Beach to Bayside Market place.

Hi all,

How do I get from the junction of Pennsylvania Ave/12th Street, in South Beach to Bayside Marketplace, 401 Biscayne Boulevard with public transport?
I want to take the 90 minute boat tour with Miami Tour Company from the Queens Pier at the Marina.

Many thanks

if you insist on bus then #120 which you can catch from the stop on Washington Avenue.
The ride will take up to 45 minutes depending on time of day.
A faster, better option would be a taxi which you can flag down anywhere - it will cost you about $15.00 but will have you there as quickly as 12 minutes from where you're at.

Thank you Homer. How long would it take to walk?

Keith, it is too far to walk.
I would definitely take a taxi. Yes bus is cheaper but as a Native Miami'an I can tell you, it will take forever! Buses also get congested especially going to Bayside.
Perhaps you can share a cab if someone else is going that way?

Let me know if you need any other Miami recommendations, always happy to help someone visiting our beautiful city.

Thank you both very much. Looks like a taxi is the way to go.
