It is not so difficult, you can take the bus to Marrakech and from there by train to Meknes. You can fly of course also, but it would be expensive and you have first to fly to Casablanca and then to Fes, from there by train to Meknes. Look here at this link, it is Supratour line.
Royal Air Maroc fly from Belfast to Casablanca, They also have internal flights.
hello nawaz, I take it from your name that you are a pakistani, right? :) anyway, Welcome to morocco, as for how to get to Meknes from agadir, Royal Air Maroc has a schedule of internal flights, you can ask for it when you arrive at the Agadir's international airport, but it's going to be a little bit expensive, or can get there by train, all you have to do is to take a taxi and ask him to take to supratours agancy near to "souk el had" it will cost you about 200 Dh for a second class ticket, it will be a long trip, about 12 hours, first they will put you on a bus from agadir to marrakech then from marrakech to meknes by train, because there is no rail road connection to agadir. if you still didn't book a flight, there are some direct flights from dublin to Fes, near Mekenes, about 60 km, train ticket's cost about 20 Dh, or from dublin to casablanca.
here are some links the could help you book a flight that is direct or near to where you want to go :
dublin to marrakech : [original link]
bublin to fes / casablanca / marrakech : [original link]
i hope that could help!
totally have found in the past the skyscanner website very helpful for my flights to and from Morocco [original link] - then compare with the companies they recommend direct such as Windcity's info on Royal Air Maroc having flights - I use them a lot too. Otherwise consider flying Ireland to London and then perhaps to Fez.
or London to Marrakech, or London to Casablanca.
there are buses that connect the London airports if you need to know that too.
