Hi, I wonder if anyone could help. My daughter is studying at Malta University. We are from the UK. Do you know of a facility whereby we could store her belongings during summer recess when she returns to the UK?
Thank you in advance
Hello everyone. I will be coming to Malta for a conference and it seems that I will have one morning free (from 9am-1pm) and one afternoon (after 4pm). I will be staying in Valetta.
Do you believe there is any point of trying to visit Mdina (by bus) during the morning and seeing Valetta in the afternoon? It seems to take around 30' by bus to get from Valetta to Mdina, so that leaves around 2,5 h to explore the town. Is it enough to see the main attractions or should I not even bother and leave for another time (if any)?
And one more thing: any good tips on budget restaurants at Valetta (or at Il--Furjana etc)?
Thank you all!
I am visiting Malta on next November for 4 nights, which do you think is the best area to stay?

Is it easy with the local transportation to explore it? and go to Gozo and Korino as well? Or do we have to rent ?
And how much does it cost to rent a scooter or a car? Any good link for economic choices?

The Maltese Bocci games we saw employed a 'cylindrical' Roller. What are the dimensions, weight, material of these Rollers? They seem to fly in a very erratic manner do they have a deliberate weight imbalance?
How do the Rollers point score? Are the Rollers used optionally in any game and at any time (within a turn)? Does each team would have the statutory 4 balls, plus, optionally how many Rollers? We've seen two rollers per team on occasions. Perhaps a roller being used in the turn of a ball or in addition to?
Do the Rollers have to leave the hand in a horizontal cylindrical fashion or in any manner, even end-over-end?

We are going to spend a week on Malta in September, my wife, our 15 months daughter and me.
Among all other things I'd have made a couple of dives, may be 2-3 days of diving.
Trying to understand first of all if it's better to stay on Gozo or on Malta to combine comfort for traveling with small child and same time willing to dive on best sites there.
Appreciate in advance your help to decide.
