Spici food on Malaysia Airlines?

Hi! Could anyone tell me how is the food on the plane when traveling with Malaysia Airlines? I heard (in fact, I read on another forum) that it's quite spicy; and I don't like too spicy food. I'll travel many hours with this company, that is why I am concerned.
Thank you!

I have flown with Air Malaysia a number of times.....ther food is excellent. There are always choices, so you can avoid spicy. There are two choices for main course- one is Oriental/Malaysian the other is Western.
Or you could (when you book) request Vegetarian
Do not be concerned, relax and enjoy the flight.

I, also have flown with Malaysian airlines, choice of good food, not too spicy, but i like very spicy so mild to me maybe very different for you. Order a special meal before you fly!

I've already flown by Malaysia Airlines (long flight) and food was not spicy. There is option for International Menu.

In that order, please be rest assured, they normally served 3-4 types of foods choice, and even you can pre-order during your booking, e.g vegetarian food and so on.

From my experience most airlines cater to what I would call the tourist palate which is safe ( even bland) and dont overdo the spices.

Thank you very much, lynnehamman, davidjo, Adrianobr, limkahwan and tumbytraveller! I understand that it won't be any problems regarding food. Thanks again.
Now I have to see how to change the last "i" into "y" from the word "spicy" at the beginning of my message.
