Weather here for the weekend is supposed to be sunny and warm.
I'm heading to Jasper tomorrow morning, about a 4 hour car trip.
I loved our time in Jasper last year!
Although November can be one of the wettest months in Madeira (average rainfall about 89 mm) you will find the weather very variable. If you are in or close to Funchal then this is where you will find the warmest and sunniest conditions. The north of the island and up in the mountains attracts the worst of the weather.Have visited the island in November with lovely weather. You are still some way off from your visit to this lovely island,so suggest you check the weather closer to the time.
Have recently returned from Madeira with two days with some rain over the fortnight.
Try this site - it will give you some historical weather information
This one will give more precise historical data by the day - just put the city name in even if you don't have the other info
Hi Pond and welcome to vt!
Hey Dave we may have passed on the road mate. We were in Jasper a couple of days ago. Loved it :0) Now in Calgary. Lovely weather.
A storm has recently passed over Madeira and is now outside my front door in mainland Portugal.
The official Portugal met. office 10 day forecast for Funchal can be see at [original link]
If you want to be depressed about weather prospects, look at it now. Warm but very wet is my summary..
