Boulevard de Turin to rue du Nouveau Siecle

How do I get from Boulevard de Turin ( The Megabus stop ) to Boulevard de Turin

It's about 2 kms on foot even less if you short-cut it. Here is a ViaMichelin pic of the routegiven for a car, as you can see you can easily cut through and make it shorter.

Understood, answer above. Or alternatively get the metro from Lille-Europe, change at Lille- Flandres then get off at Rihour and walk.

Another way is to take a Ve'lib at Lille-Flandres and bike it to the nearest bike station(Nationale/Solferino) and then wal, but you would effectively be walking back on yourself.

The Megabus stop outside at Gare Lille Europe railway station, catch the metro inside the station and change at Lille Flandres Station, as above indicated, the closest metro station to your destination is RIHOUR get off there. Rue Du Nouveau Siecle is about 5 min walk
