jamaica villas by linda smith

I am considering booking a villa by linda smith. has anyone done that? also, any places to avoid. I have heard some scary stories regarding crime within houses rented there.
Also, is "hurricane season" really a legitimate fear for the month of July?

Hurricane season is hurricane season so not sure why you would think it is not a legitimate problem, just take a look at historical weather for the region you are going to if this is difficult for you to believe. I didn't say it was not a legitimate problem.

I didn't say I didn't believe it, the reason I asked is because I do believe it, I just was curious if it was less of a risk to go earlier than later within the season.

I realize that hurricane season starts in June, but in my experience living in the midwest and what is televised in the US and my area, it seems as if the more risk of violent storms tend to be later in the "season". I tried the link and it is no longer available.
