I'm planning visit Japan in month of July 2010.
May i know what is the best option travel from Tokyo to Hokkaido in details.
I need to know about the type of transportation (train or flight?) from where/which location to Hokkaido, how much it cost, and how long its the journey take. Thanks in advance :)
Heard language is a problem to travel around, its that true?
1. Main city on Hokkaido is Sapporo.
2. People that we know in Sapporo fly between there and Tokyo, rather than taking the train.
3. Japanese idea of a joke is a sign that says "English spoken here:, in my experience.
Keti has already provided you with JR details. Check the JAL or ANA websites for airfares.
Here is all the information on the train from Tokyo to Sapporo on Hokkaito. It takes about 17 hours but it is a sleeper train. Check it out.
