Trying to see Yellowstone in April

Hello, could anybody tell me what we will be able to see if we arrive to Gardiner, Montana in mid-April? Are there any nature tours at this time of the year?

April is still a winter month (pretty much) in Yellowstone, so almost all parts of the park will be closed. However, the road between Gardiner and Mammoth Hot Springs is kept open year-round. Tours by snow coach are available even in the middle of winter:

What you would be able to see depends on (1) what the tour consists of (you'll have to check each business) and (2) dumb luck -- you might see 30 bison, you might see none.

Hi, I believe I sent you a link to the parks open areas during April - limited due to high snow as park doesn't fully open until late May or even early June at times.
If you enter via Mammoth you should see elk in/around hot springs as well as perhaps being able to set up a snow coach tour out of West Yellowstone to see bison in around the park and geysers.

Or I believe there are also snowmobile rental tours into the park. It is very cold so you are going to need some really good clothing, but it is a blast. You will see the park in a very special way.
