Tell it here and if I think it has merit I would encourage you to post it on Tripadvisor too as they own VT.

Hello and welcome to VT.

You can fill out your member profile and add it as a 'tip' or 'review'.
We sometimes get a lot of fly-by disheartened members or one time members who somehow feel our site is one to sound off in.
Firstly, there are many daily postings on VT and your post disappears quite quickly, lost in the other days postings.
Secondly, by adding it to your tips, it may come up on google when someone else googles that hotel, tour operators name (make sure and title your post by the tour's name).
There is no guarantee it will be read. Most on here are here to ask travel related questions and VT is really not the place to sound off regardless what you feel your bad experience may have been.
There is no guarantee you're not a competing operator, simply a discouraged customer with high expectations or someone simply looking to bad mouth a legit business.

Start off with your profile and fill in some information about yourself.

Good luck,

@ Homanded....Well Said, I would really like if VT make it compulsory to fill the profile completely before accepting the new members or even the older ones should be asked to do so.,

I will try to fill out some profile details. My name should tell you that I am not Vietnamese and I believe that info like this should be part of a serious travel site. The scam is quite serious, so I believe people would be glad to read about it before going there. My hotel in Da Nang will report the problem to the Da Nang Tourist Board.

Here are the scam:

If you going on a trip with mr Bom from Easy Rider in Da Nang, be sure to avoid his fraud friend Mr HUNG in the Travel Agency "Lonely Planet, Arukikata Co Travel Agency" in 4 Tran Quoc Toan street in Da Nang (riverside). He sell overpriced fake bus tickets from Hue to Pakse in Laos, so be warned. Da Co bus company is also into this, so avoid this bus company. The service is terrible and the bus are extremely slow and not comfortable. Then they dump you of at midnight, 300km from your destination, 4 hours after you are suppose to reach it, creating all kinds of problems including not reaching a prepaid hotel. Be aware of this scam. Google tells me about other people experience the same and it seems that especially the Pakse route are effected of this problem. 3 times before the border the bus stopped to pay the police, so it seems that many could be involved.
