just curious about these, a friend of mine told me its not acceptable for a black lady and a white man to hold hands or walking side by side in cote d' Ivoire is this true?
Even in "western" countries like the US or France, mixed race couples sometimes get stares. It would be really no different in Cote D'Ivoire. It's not illegal, but it will get some stares.
