Cascais

Another ? this time about the train schedules.

Can anyone help me read the train schedules that can be found at www.cp.pt? What do the different colors of the times mean? And what does it mean if there is no letter above the times listed? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

HI I'm a regular user of those trains and let me say there's nothing easier. So: A means everyday except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; C means only Saturdays, sundays and holidays; if there's no letter, then it's everyday. The colours represent the final stop of each train and the stops in between: for instance, from Lisbon to Cascais, green means that the train stops at every station until Oeiras, its final stop; if you want to go further, you must get out and simply wait for the next train (or you risk going back to Lisbon). Red means that the train stops only as mentioned, therefore being the fastest one to get from Lisbon to Cascais. Have a nice trip, X.
