Which are the best hotels in Casa to stay in for a three-days business trip?
I'm not sure if you need conference facilities included in the hotel, you don't say, but if you just want an inexpensive hotel in a central location, I can recommend my regular haunt, Hotel Mon Reve, Rue Chaouia or Colbert (both names are displayed on the same street.) I've stayed here a few times in recent years, It's only a ten minute walk to United Nations square, and there are plenty of inexpensive, clean eateries beside the hotel. Another advantage is its proximity to the tramway system at the Central Market carstop. The best ensuite rooms are on the top floor with balconies overlooking the busy street below, this year in May, off-season I paid 180 dirhams for a double room with plenty of space, you will have to specify this or be shunted into a smaller room at 140 dirhams. The hotel does not work on internet for advance booking but I've never had any problem securing accommodation here by just turning up unannounced, they have plenty of rooms. In the unlikely event of full occupancy there is the posh-looking Hotel Manar next door, Hotel Colbert further up the street and many more small Pensions in the surrounding streets
Some relevant pictures of the locality..... Benny.
Click on the link below, it is an excellent hotel web site. You will find locations, amenities, maps, room types, number star ratings and much more, you can fill in your dates of travel to bring up prices, you can all select at the top of the page in what currency you want prices to be displayed in. Best to display in countries currency, then you can convert it to see the approximate price in your currency.
A little expensive but if you do want a usually reliably nicer hotel the Ibis chain hotels would hopefully be safe to recommend
Thanx a lot, will see it.
