Bora-Bora

Not on our honeymoon... boredom perhaps?

Hello all,
Going to Bora Bora mid October for a few weeks. This is NOT our honeymoon but as my husband calls it "a normal vacation". We are concerned of the quiet island life and are wondering if we will be bored. We enjoy pubs, dancing, good wine & food. Will we be disappointed by the lack of night life here?

From all of the reading and researching we have done that seems to be the consensus and we are totally fine with that! I like to kick back and relax and this sounds like the perfect place to do it. One more question: is there a liquor store on the main island so we can buy wine and keep it in our room?

There is a grocery store about a 1/4 mile north of Bloody Mary's on the right. I used it for water as it was half the price the cruise ships charged. BB is not an inexpensive island to stay on but it is beautiful.

Thank-you! We're coming from Northern Canada so this trip will cost a pretty penny but it seems like it will be worth every cent!

Thank-you! We're coming from Northern Canada so we are well aware of the high cost island living but it should be worth it :)
