The recipe, and preparation, are pretty straightforward. The griddle is the trick.
You could pay a street vendor to show you what to do.
* This is one of the Thai deserts that I buy from time to time. But without the onion pieces!!! I think a little corn kind of gives the desert a slightly nutty taste.
