Hi are there trains from Dortmund (Germany) to Assen? how long does it take? any web link?
Is the "TT Circuit" where Iron Maiden will play, the same as the racing motorcycle circuit?

Yes, the TT circuit is the same as the motorcycle circuit.

Local transport at Assen.
Between 13.00 and 00.15 special busses service the Concert at the TT-circuit.
A return tcket is € 5,00.

After the concert there's an extra train going to Utrecht, leaving Assn at 23.58 and arriving at 01.40 at Utrecht.
From Utrecht there are hourly trains during the night (NS nachtnet), but only in the West of the Netherlands.

First train to go back to Dortmund:
05:26 Assen 2 Zwolle Intercity (NS)
06:15 Zwolle 1a
06:36 Zwolle 5a Hengelo Stoptrein (NS)
07:45 Enschede 1
07:56 Enschede 5 Dortmund Hbf Stoptrein (NS)
10:07 Dortmund Hbf

An option to go via a different route to the concert is by train From Dortmund to Meppen.

From Meppen to Emmen by bus Levelink #922.
Departure Meppen 9.24
Arrival Emmen Bus station 10.07

From Emmen to Assen by bus Ariva #21
Departure Emmen Busstation 10:31
Arrival Assen station 11.29

For the return trip this route is not possible.
There is no bus service btween Emmen and Meppen on Sundays.
