Making plans to do just that. Selling the house and moving onto a boat once our oldest graduates high school. Already making steps so financially it is more secure but that is us. Plus, we are hoping to only have to pick up jobs here and there if needed. We are researching places and depending on where the boat we buy is, that is where we will start but we have plans on exploring places like The CaribbeanThe CaribbeanThe TahitiTahitiimage from charterworld.comand the rest of the South Pacific, and then over to the Mediterranean SeaMediterranean SeaI agree the question for things like this is "Why not?"

yes, and I'd pack right away to leave asap and spend the rest of my days in Oregon.

But immigration is tough these days, and unfortunatly, living abroad is not that easy anymore when it's about a long term stay :( :( :( :(

    I would in a heartbeat!

This day in age with technology it's easy to stay connected with friends and family no matter where you are in the world AND nothing says that you can't travel back for visits. (And no reason why they can't come visit you in your new location!)

Life is to short to be not be living your dreams!

If you truly have a chance to make your dreams come true (we all do, but sadly to many people don't follow through!) then DO IT!! Have faith that by following your dreams that it really will all work out!

I know this all to be true because I am living proof that by following your dreams, that it really all does work out!

Life is pretty darn amazing and well worth taking chances!!
