I'm headed to Wichita for my youngest brother's high school graduation in mid-May. Being the planner in the family, I am trying to set up a celebratory dinner, however, I didn't grow up in the city & haven't lived in Kansas in 4 years. What would be a good restaurant that's nice enough for the occasion & can accommodate a group of 10?
Mentioned in this answer:
Downtown - Larkspur, Cafe Bel Ami, Ambassador Hotel Wichita, Autograph Collection
East - Greystone Steak & Seafood, Chesters Chophouse & Wine Bar ($$$), Scotch & Sirloin, YaYa's Euro Bistro
West - Chisholm's | American Beef & Ale House inside the Hilton Wichita Airport Executive Conference Center at the Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport
Mentioned in this answer:
Cafe Bel Ami is downtown and has a side room. It is french Mediterranean.
We've tried other venues, but my company always ends up back at YaYa's Euro Bistro. There is a private room which is a good size for your group. Also, outdoor dining available on the off chance the weather cooperates.
