I'm going to be in Whistler next month and will be on a pretty tight budget. I'm looking for the best free and inexpensive things to check out! I love the outdoors, art, museums, you name it. Thanks!
If you're on a budget and keen to explore the amazing nature Whistler has to offer would recommend getting out a doing a few hikes or camping for a night or two.
-High Note trail on Whistler Mountain. Will have to pay about $35 to get up the Gondola. Its a 10km loop
- To Cheakamus Lake - about 6km return from the trail head
- Find people to hike with (that may have cars to get there too) via Facebook group whistler hikers.
Other things to do
- Hire a bike and cycle the valley trail and visit all the lakes
- Patio drinks around the village
- Mountain top BBQ
