Paris- 2/3 days (louvre will take 1 whole day)

Nice Monaco - 1 day (assuming flying, train will take nearly a day)

-- fly to Switzerland --

Zurich - 1 day (can be skipped)

Lucerne - 1/2 day (should be centre point in swiss, other places can be reachable easily by train from lucerne)

Interlaken - 1 day

Titlis - 1 day

Jungfraujoch - 1day

--- fly to rome ---

Rome - 3 days (there are just too many iconic things in rome and vatican and museum itself will take 1 whole day, and Colosseum and Roman Forum will take 1 day, rest you can visit in another day and nights )

Province of Florence - 1 day (train probably will take 3 hours from rome)

Venice - 1 day (fly from florence, if possible. swiss to venice also a possible route, then fly venice to rome, and from rome to florence, Milan by train)

milan - 1 day (around 3 hours by train)
