Does anyone know of a way of hiring a car in the US (probably D.C.) for a one way rental, to drop off in Canada (Ontario). I’m thinking it probably isn’t, but thought I would see if anyone could offer any advice. Thank you!
It is possible but not every company will allow it. If they do you can expect it to carry a very hefty premium. I suggest you make direct contact with and get quotes from major companies such as Hertz, Avis, Alamo, Enterprise and suchlike. You might find it's cheaper to drop off the US car at the Canadian border, cross without a car and pick up a new hire car on arrival.
