Belga Café is one of my all-time favorites. Their green eggs are super yummy. Also Eatonville and Commissary DC are solid cheaper options. And for a splurge - try Blue Duck Tavern.

Depends on what you are looking for. But a great place for a group is Boqueria Washington DC, their bottomless drinks are top notch.

Bar Charley has a great brunch! Bonus points for their bottomless mimosas.

Kapnos is new but making their way as a top spot in DC!

My personal fav is Bar Charley. Local, laid back vibe with great food and good bottomless deals.
