Maui WOWIE!!??

headed to maui! wailea to be exact...   its my girlfriends 30th birthday and we want to explore and have some fun. were staying at a super foufy hotel and have a few nice dinners planned, but would love to get some ideas for some other, more low-key, cheaper, local-type spots with great food / drinks / atmosphere!  even if its a restaurant at another hotel - or something completely across the island, dont be shy...   please share! were looking for:

- good places to eat (all meals!)

- any must-see excursions (like snorkeling, SUP's, hikes, etc)

- any dope ass local spa's??

-good surf spots where i wont get hassled? (experienced surfer; looking for chest high perfect rights. or lefts...)

thanks again Trippy fam!
