I am trying to get a train from Vilnius to Warsaw, does one actually exist?

I am wanting to make my way down from Vilnius to Berlin  by train with a stop in Warsaw. I have been trolling the internet for trains and keep finding them but am having difficulty in being able to process the booking. Does anyone have any idea of a better way to do this or any advice or help at all?

    Hey,

as far as I know there is no train from Vilnius to Warsaw anymore as it wasn't popular in the past. You could go there by bus, e.g. http://www.simpleexpress.eu/en. Buses leave a few times a day and are rather cheap.

I have looked at polish railways PKP and on their website http://rozklad-pkp.pl/en I see trains form Vilnius to Warsaw. Unfortunetly with many changes and I do not see button to buy ticket on-line. I think better option is to go by bus operated by PolskiBus http://www.polskibus.com/en/index.htm I think it is direct connection two times a day. During route search use polish names for the cities: Warszawa (Warsaw) and Wilno (Vilnius). Call me +48.660205238 or mail me piotr.kuc(at)kuciak.net if you have any problems.

Your best bet might be booking when you are there. I doubt you will run into problems buying them the day of. It's a long train ride but probably a better option than taking a bus. Have you considered taking a flight?
