Suggestions for cheap accommodation in Cai Rong Vietnam?

We are looking for a few days to kill prior to going to Ha Long bay. As we already have plans to go to Ha Long, Cat Ba and down south we are looking for somewhere outside of Hanoi - can anyone suggest any places to stay in Cai Rong or surrounding? We have already been to Sapa in the north and Hanoi for a few days.
