I'm going to Vancouver for the first time and want some gorgeous shots of nature. Where are the prettiest areas in Vancouver for this?
There are a lot of places to get spectacular views when you're visiting Vancouver. Here's where I recommend you go:
Grouse GrindGrouse Grind - If you're a hiker, you could challenge yourself to the wicked climb that takes you to the top of Grouse mountain, affectionately known as "The Grind". Once you reach the top, there are spectacular views of downtown, West Vancouver and Stanley Park. But if you'd rather take in the scene without the sweat, there's a pretty gondola ride to to the top and good eats at The Observatory
The Sandbar Seafood Restaurant - If you're going to Vancouver for the first time, visiting Granville Island is a must. The Sandbar on Granville Island has water views of downtown alongside the Burrard inlet and onto English Bay and serves amazing seafood of ever variety.
Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver - The Pan Pacific Hotel and iconic Convention Center boast North and West Vancouver views.
Cambie St Bridge- an unexpected spot to drink in great views of the boats in False Creek, the Space Science Center and the multiple bridges that connect Vancouver proper to downtown.
Have a great trip!
