Which airline you are using is irrelevant.
When it comes to visas it is your citizenship which matters. Your 'carta di soggiorno' isn't really relevant either. You haven't told us your citizenship so no-one can tell you whether you'll need a visa to enter Turkey.
I suspect that you will be changing from Istanbul Ataturk Airport to Sabiha Gökçen Airport or vice versa? If your citizenship requires a visa you must have one to make the transfer between airports because you will enter Turkey to do so.
