Cool bars in Toronto?

Drake One Fifty (sister restaurant to The Drake) has a great cocktail menu, too. It's closer to the Financial District, at York & Adelaide, should that location be of interest to you.

My favorite place (because I like beer) is the Beerbistro. You can't go wrong there as it has a nice atmosphere. Of course, what is the definition of nice! However, check it out. 

Without knowing where in Toronto you'll be staying, here's a few cool places: the bar at Drake Hotel, The Saint Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, the bar at Hôtel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square (bunch of good places nearby here as well)...

The Local on Roncesvales

I personally really like Panorama Lounge because of the views.  There's some other good bars worth checking out that we at WhereFare have complied here.
