We are SoCal people, going to an evening wedding at a winery in North Fork Long Island, NY, above East Hampton. Mid July. What should we wear & where should we go to tour around the area. We'd like to drive out to Montauk. What towns are nice for cafe lunch, boutique shopping, etc.? Where should we have Sunday brunch? We'll have a car, we are older, and we can spend some $$. All recommendations appreciated.
Love visiting Montauk when I can! For places to eat, I recommend Banzai Burger (seriously one the best burgers i've had) or The Surf Lodge Montauk!
The weather during that time is warm prepare for the humidity!
