Thailand

What are your favorite islands in Thailand that don't have a lot of crowds?

Looking for some new places to go next time I'm in Thailand and wondering about great islands in Thailand. I have been to Koh Lipe, and it's great but it has quickly become overrun with tourist.m Any new ideas?

Koh Kood (Nam Leuk Pier) hands down. But hard to pick just one. Won't say no to Koh Phi Phitoo!

Try Similan! I've never been, but if you're thinking Lipe is tourist-y, try for the more obscure.

I've never been there. So, I can't say it is my fav. Sure, a few of tourists. It is not the hot destination like Koh LipeKoh PhanganKoh Tao and Samui.

เกาะพะลวย / Phaluai near Koh Samui just 20 km away.

It is the small island with a hundred of fishermen' houses. It is green island with sustainable energy. Electricity is limited. There are a handful of resorts and restaurants.

Nice beaches, caves and forest.

Noi This is where they filmed the movies Beaches and the James Bond movie Man With A Golden Gun. No crowds and Very little creature comforts. Very Rustic but nice.
