I will be in Tel Aviv for a few days soon. I would like to take a guided tour of Jerusalem, but not one on a cramped bus. I would like a more personal experience and to somewhat move at my own pace. Does anyone know of any alternatives? Private tour guides? Small groups? Any advice at all is appreciated!
You better split your program into two: 1. Take from the Central bus station a bus to Jerusalem. 2. Ask there for the bus to the Jaffa Gate of the Old city of Jerusalem 3. Pick a few hours free guided tour (by the tourism authourity (to find them just walk into the Jaffa gate and make a left and you will see them. For the proper hours look in Google)
I know an excellent tour guide. Ester Saad. Try to see if see is available.972544354656. Been in few tours she guided. Dont know her personally.
