Best free things to do in Tehran?

I'm going to be in Tehran next month and will be on a pretty tight budget. I'm looking for the best free and inexpensive things to check out! I love the outdoors, art, museums, you name it. Thanks!

Hi Katie, first of all, you're very welcomed to Iran. there are many beautiful gardens and museums you can visit in Tehran. I'm sure Golestan Palace, residency of Qajar kings will be interesting for you, but you have to pay for ticket, at max 12$ (to visit 2 or 3 palace). also Honarmandan Park has beautiful galleries and theaters.

check out this link, in filters, type Tehranin cities, and it will show you some of tehran attractions. also you can order excursions or guide in tehran, for this sen them email.
