There should be minimal tolls along this route, but you should always bring cash and change just in case.
I-80 through Pennsylvania should be toll-free. I think there might be one toll, but it's cheap and it's only if you're heading westbound, so you probably won't even hit it.
Note that the Pennsylvania Turnpike is crazy expensive, so be careful to avoid that if you're crossing the state.
Once you connect to I-84, that should also be toll-free since it was built with federal funds. The only thing might be the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge since that's under the New York State Bridge Authority, which might be $1.50 for an eastbound toll.
Also pay attention when you take this trip since there are lots of proposals for new tolls to raise state funding, so anything could change. You might want to do more research online to double check things before you go, and always bring enough cash just in case so you don't risk a ticket.
