Hi there, i am going to Seoul next Saturday , i am gonna be there for 3 holidays (lunar new year) Seollal Holiday Day in February . Any sugestions ? what can we do those days?
Thanks
hi! i think it would be nice to go to Gyeongbokgung during the new year.
because there are korea traditional events.
Well, I'd definitely spend some time at Insadong - it's a very cool area. I also would suggest taking a quick trip down to Busan (it's less than three hours on the KTX train). And definitely check out the jim jil bang, which are the Korean spas. It's going to be chilly, but Korean food is good for staying warm. There are all sorts of old temples and palaces to check out, too - but they're outdoor, so prepare to be cold.
Hi Andrea, if you're going to be there two weeks, a day trip to the Folk Museum is worthwhile. But bundle up if you're going in February!
